Please follow the instructions step by step very carefully to assure smooth submission of your paper(s) to IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex/ISTP. (���������İ汾����)

1. In acceptance emails from the program chair, authors are provided with written comments from peer reviewers. All comments should be addressed thoroughly, as acceptance is conditional upon appropriate responses to the reviewers' comments. Authors must comply with IEEE policy against duplicated submissions: authors with duplicated submissions will be black-listed and prohibited from submissions to future conferences and journals.

2. Authors should ensure that their final papers are IEEE Xplore compliant, otherwise the papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore or EI/ISTP. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to allow authors to generate IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF files or to check PDF files that authors have created themselves for IEEE Xplore compliance. Hence you must either generate the PDF file of your final paper using IEEE PDF eXpress or check the PDF file of your file paper at IEEE PDF eXpress.

3. To access IEEE PDF eXpress , go to www.pdf-express.org . For detailed instructions for accessing and using the IEEE PDF eXpress as follows:

  (1) Login the IEEE PDF eXpress.
    ï¿½ï¿½ First-time users for the IEEE PDF eXpress:
        (a) Click "New Users-Click Here".
        (b) Enter 45631X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
        (c) You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
    ï¿½ï¿½ Previous users of the IEEE PDF eXpress (for conferences other than ICNC-FSKD 2018), but using the system for the first time for ICNC-FSKD 2018:
        (a) Enter 45631X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
        (b) When you click "Login" you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue" By entering your previously used e-mail address and password combination, you can enable your old account for ICNC-FSKD 2018.
        (c) Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".
        (d) You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
    ï¿½ï¿½ Returning users of ICNC-FSKD 2018: Enter 45631X for the Conference ID, along with your e-mail address, and password.

  (4) Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".   

  (5) Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon a successful upload.   
  (6) You will receive an e-mail with your Checked PDF file or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF file attached. If you submitted a PDF file for checking, the e-mail will show if your file passed or failed the check.   If the PDF submitted fails:
  (7) Submit your source file for conversion by clicking "Try Again", and then "Submit Source Files for Conversion", or
  (8) Read the PDF Check report, then click "The PDF Check Report" in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions, or
  (9) "Request Technical Help" through your account.   If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:
  (10) Resubmit your source file with corrections ("Try Again" then "Submit Source Files for Conversion"), or
  (11) Submit a PDF file by clicking "Try Again" then "Submit PDF for Checking", or
  (12) "Request a Manual Conversion" through your account.   If the PDF file submitted passed the PDF eXpress Check, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF file:
  (13) Submit your IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file at http://218.77.58.8:9998/submission/openconf.php   IEEE PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF:
  Rich Text Format
  Freelance
  (La)TeX (DVI and all support files required)
  Page Maker
  Frame Maker
  Quark Xpress
  Word Pro
  Microsoft Word
  Word Perfect
