Copyright Submission
The IEEE electronic copyright form and the details required for each paper.

Copyright submission
Submit the IEEE electronic copyright form
A signed IEEE copyright form was required for each paper to be published in the conference proceedings. Authors used the IEEE electronic copyright service to record the publication title, article title, author names, article ID, source, and contact email.
Registration is required first
If you have not registered your paper before, you are not eligible to submit the copyright form. Complete your registration before starting the copyright submission.
What the form asks for
- Publication title: the conference proceedings title, prefilled above.
- Article title: the exact title of your paper.
- Author names: all authors, including coauthors, in the order used in the paper.
- Article ID: the paper ID assigned by the conference.
- Article source: the conference source code, prefilled as 45631.
- Author email: the contact email for the paper, with multiple addresses separated by commas if needed.
- Return URL: optional URL to return to after the form is processed.
Before you submit
-
Check the paper details
Use the final paper title and the full author list. The details should match the paper that was accepted and registered.
-
Confirm your registration
The copyright form was available only to registered papers. See the registration page for the 2018 fees and the documents that were required.
-
Keep the confirmation
After submitting, keep the confirmation from the IEEE service with your final paper records. The final submission guidance lists the other steps for accepted papers.
